We’ll balance the upscale nature of PV with the emerging working class population through our visual identity system and messaging. Ponte Vedra is experiencing huge growth so we’ll also look to brand and segment all of the important areas like Nocatee, St. Johns, Palm Valley, Sawgrass, the Boulevard etc.
The PGA Tour and ATP are headquartered in Ponte Vedra. It’s a year round golfer’s paradise with several championship courses including TPC Sawgrass. Gate Petroleum owns the world renown Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, and some of the wealthiest people in the country own homes along Ponte Vedra Blvd.
We’ll build a strong sense of community and usher in the next generation of Ponte Vedra residents. Creating iconic branded merchandise is key to attracting true fans.
Drawing from the unique natural color palette of the local beaches will differentiate Surf Ponte Vedra from other beach destinations.
We’ll create additional sub brands for the neighborhoods and areas we feel are iconic and worthy of bringing to the forefront.
To support the Surf Ponte Vedra brand we’re building a website that is the “go to” source of valuable information on the area. Much like Pensacolabeach.com we’ll develop a daily beach report to drive consistent traffic to the site. We’ll utilize a similar storytelling strategy as well as create ongoing content with Can & String’s partnership.
By partnering with the top hotels, restaurants, golf courses, real estate agents, and other businesses we’ll earn commissions on everything we book or sell through our site.
Through our SPV affiliate hotel commissions alone in the Northeast Florida area we’ll generate $110,000 annually in passive income.
